All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and requirements discussed with the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Share necessary content, assets, and credentials on time
- Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly
- Maintain communication throughout the project
Delays caused by lack of client response or missing information may affect delivery timelines.
3. Design Approval & Development
All projects follow a design-first approach. Once the UI/UX design is approved by the client, the project moves into the development phase.
Design approval confirms that the client accepts the visual direction and authorizes technical implementation.
Any major changes requested after approval may require additional cost and extended timelines.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made according to the agreed project terms or invoice schedule.
- Projects may require upfront or milestone-based payments
- Work may be paused if payments are delayed
- Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or banking partners.
5. Refund Policy
Devnix Digital operates under a design-approval-based refund system.
Clients are eligible for a full refund only during the UI/UX design phase if the design is not approved.
Once the design is approved and development has begun, refunds are no longer applicable.

6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final delivered website or project.
Devnix Digital retains the right to:
- Showcase completed work in portfolio and marketing materials
- Use non-confidential project elements for demonstration purposes
Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, fonts, etc.) remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Limitation of Liability
Devnix Digital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or financial outcomes from our services.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, or marketing platforms.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these third-party services.
9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project data. Any sensitive business information shared with us will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
In case of termination:
- Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly
- Refund eligibility will depend on the project stage (see Refund Policy)
11. Changes to Terms
Devnix Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
