At Devnix Digital, we believe you should only pay for work that truly aligns with your vision and business objectives. To ensure your investment remains protected, we operate on a design-approval-based refund system.

Our goal is to remove the risk of starting a new digital project and give you complete confidence in working with us.


1. The UI/UX Design Phase (Your Safety Net)

Every project begins with the UI/UX Design Phase, where we define the visual identity, user experience, layout structure, and overall direction of your website or digital platform.

This is the most critical phase of the project because it establishes the design foundation before development begins.

If You Do Not Approve the Design

If, after the agreed revision rounds, the proposed design does not meet your expectations, brand vision, or business requirements, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your project fee.

This applies only during the design phase and before any technical development work has started.

2. The Approval Milestone

Once you provide written approval (email, message, or documented confirmation) or verbal approval of the final UI/UX design, the project moves into the Development Phase.

This includes coding, technical implementation, integrations, responsiveness setup, performance optimization, and deployment work.

The Point of Commitment

Design approval confirms that you are satisfied with the visual direction and formally authorize Devnix Digital to begin the technical build.

At this stage, our technical resources, developer hours, and project infrastructure are fully allocated to your project.

Post-Approval Policy

Once development has commenced following design approval, refunds are no longer available.

This policy exists because development work involves immediate time, labor, and technical resource commitment.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you decide that the design is not the right fit for your business during the design phase, please follow the process below:

  • Notify your assigned project manager in writing via email or official communication channel
  • Clearly mention the project name and refund request reason
  • The request must be made before final design approval
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method

4. Exclusions

Please note that this refund policy applies specifically to Devnix Digital’s design and development service fees only.

The following are excluded from refunds:

  • Third-party software or plugin licenses
  • Premium themes or paid assets purchased on client request
  • Domain registration fees
  • Hosting and server charges
  • Advertising or media spend
  • Any third-party service subscriptions
  • Projects where design approval has already been granted
